The site required careful coordination due to access limitations and its proximity to surrounding residential areas. Structural systems were standardised to maintain build efficiency, while external finishes were elevated to suit the local context. Each tenancy was delivered with flexibility in mind, allowing for a range of commercial uses without the need for modification.
