During his time as Construction Director with Hutchinson Builders, Momentum Builders Director Simon led the delivery of the National Storage Chelsea Heights facility, overseeing the construction of a modern, multi-level self-storage development designed to provide secure and accessible storage solutions for both commercial and residential customers.
Simon was responsible for the overall management and delivery of the project, coordinating construction activities, programme, subcontractors and project stakeholders from commencement through to completion. Delivering a facility of this scale required careful planning, proactive communication and disciplined site management to ensure quality, safety and programme objectives were consistently achieved.
The completed development incorporates advanced Bluetooth Smart Access technology, industrial lift systems and carefully planned circulation zones to maximise operational efficiency and customer convenience.
