Momentum Builders was engaged to construct a high-capacity logistics warehouse tailored for continuous operation.
Precast panels, slab design and internal spans were resolved early to remove uncertainty during construction. Programme was locked before site commencement, allowing each stage to flow without disruption. Access, loading and circulation were considered upfront, ensuring the facility performs under constant use.
