The project involved transforming a former Masters retail building into a contemporary self-storage facility, successfully repurposing an existing asset to meet evolving market demands.
Leading the project from construction through to completion, Simon oversaw programme delivery, subcontractor coordination, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance and site safety. The adaptive reuse of the existing structure required careful planning, strategic problem-solving and close collaboration with the project team to efficiently manage existing building conditions while maintaining programme certainty.
