Prior to co-founding Momentum Builders, Director Ben played a key leadership role in the delivery of the St Germain Town Centre while working with Hutchinson Builders as Structure Manager.

Located in the heart of one of Melbourne's fastest-growing residential communities, the development comprises a modern retail and commercial precinct that brings together a diverse mix of retail, hospitality and essential services within a carefully planned, pedestrian-friendly environment.

As Structure Manager, Ben was responsible for overseeing the structural delivery of the project, coordinating multiple trades, maintaining programme and quality outcomes, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of works throughout the construction phase. Delivering a project of this scale required strong leadership, meticulous planning and close collaboration with the wider project team to meet critical milestones and maintain construction quality.

Completed in 2023, St Germain Town Centre now provides a vibrant community hub featuring contemporary retail spaces, landscaped public areas and convenient customer access. Ben's experience delivering complex commercial developments of this calibre forms part of the practical knowledge and leadership that underpins every Momentum Builders project today.
