During his time as Construction Director with Hutchinson Builders, Momentum Builders Director Simon played a leading role in delivering this complex, multi-faceted project.
Successfully delivering a development of this scale required strong leadership, meticulous planning and close collaboration across consultants, subcontractors and client stakeholders. As Construction Director, Simon oversaw the project's construction, ensuring programme milestones, quality standards and safety objectives were achieved while coordinating the delivery of multiple building components with differing operational and technical requirements.
